Lutheran Senior Services In-Home Services has a coordinator on site and at each of our communities to help each resident in independent living and residential care access home care when needed. This could include setting up therapy and skilled nursing services through Home Health after an injury, illness, or discharge from a hospital; arranging for additional assistance with every day activities like bathing, dressing or medication management through Private Duty; or connecting individuals and their families with Hospice Care if appropriate.
