Rachel Little, LSS Director of Clinical Compliance, explains the difference between Assisted Living and Long Term Care. She also shares information about how LSS communities are caring for and keeping residents safe during this time. In addition, two family members of an LSS resident provide insight on their experience with LSS communities and what it’s like to have a loved one in Long Term Care during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With a wealth of experience in both health care and senior care, as Director of Clinical Compliance Rachel Little oversees the LSS Center for Clinical Excellence, which provides clinical support and best practices for all LSS communities and services. During her time with LSS, Ms. Little has also served as Executive Director of Mason Pointe, an LSS Life Plan Community located in Town & Country, Missouri. Before coming to LSS, she was the Executive Director of Mercy Skilled Nursing located at Mercy Medical Center. Ms. Little holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master’s of Nursing with an emphasis in Leadership, both from Webster University. She is a registered nurse in Missouri and Illinois and a licensed Missouri Nursing Home Administrator.
