Lutheran Senior Services (LSS) is making education more accessible by forming partnerships with institutions of higher learning that provide discounts for team members.
LSS is proud to share that we now have established partnerships with Saint Louis University, Missouri Baptist University, and Columbia College. Each partnership offers unique opportunities to save on undergraduate and graduate studies as well as certificate programs.
“At LSS, we want our culture to support people’s growth, and to bring out the best in each of us,” said Beth Rusert, Chief Experience Officer for Lutheran Senior Services.
Making education accessible to team members supports the recruitment and retention of talented individuals, and ultimately enables LSS to provide even greater care while furthering the mission of Older Adults Living Life to the Fullest. Having an online option enables team members to have access to educational programs no matter where the community they support is located.
